She is a disruptive innovator and works – with passion and irrepressible enthusiasm alongside a dynamic collective of partners and clients -- to forge a new path for events and engagements. An early tech adopter always, she has been conducting hands-on training on the power of AI at various industry events for the past two years and turns skepticism into immediate enthusiasm. In addition to being a partner for creative experience agency, POP | , she serves on the on the board of directors for MPI Southern California as Vice President of Marketing.

Dan Cole

Head of Sales, Infocomm

With over 35 years of professional sales and leadership experience, Dan Cole is a renowned executive, writer, and speaker known for his expertise in sales fundamentals and team success.

Formerly Senior Vice President of Strategic Relationships at the International SPY Museum, Dan has transitioned to new endeavors, now serving as Head of Sales at AVIXA's InfoComm show. His previous roles include executive positions at Hargrove, Inc. and over 16 years at the helm of business development for the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and its parent organization.

Dan's career journey began in sales at Lanier Worldwide, leading him through notable roles at National Trade Productions, Advanstar, and Yellowbrix. He has earned prestigious awards such as IAEE’s Most Outstanding Sales and Marketing Executive and the International Business Awards Most Outstanding Sales Executive. In 2024, he was nominated for PAR's (Professionals for Association Revenue) GOAT award. He serves on the Center for Exhibition Industry Research's (CEIR's) Research Council and leads the PARS Business Development Accelerator Group. His dedication to excellence continues to shape the industry landscape, making him a sought-after figure in sales and leadership. Dan remains an established top authority in sales and leadership, sought after throughout the industry.

Ryan Costello

Chief of Strategy, JRNI

Ryan is the co-founder of Event Farm and currently serves as the Chief of Strategy at JRNI (Event Farm’s parent company). He is a 3X startup founder and the companies he has led have raised tens of millions of dollars of investment.  With over 20+ years experience as an events producer and experiential technologist, Ryan has helped execute events for some of the world’s largest brands and agencies including Google, Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase, and Nike including the Summer Olympic Games in Paris where he built innovative AI driven experiences for athletes. He is a thought leader on events and engagement strategies for organizations and regularly speaks on these topics including Artificial Intelligence and the massive opportunities there are in the events industry to leverage the technology. Ryan has a Computer Science degree from Georgetown University, resides in Los Angeles, and in his free time enjoys racing sailboats.
